Healthy eating was put aside for the weekend as I went to visit family for two days.
And I paid heavily for it. I was very sick on Sunday and I’m just starting to feel better today.
I’ve cut back on my coffee intake, I’ve started drinking even more water throughout the day, and I’ve been doing yoga almost everyday. My workouts have been light, but at least I’m still doing them.
Some days are a struggle, but I’m trying, and I believe that’s the most important part.
